It’s also the first year Barbados’ Naniki Music Festival got invited to participate and they’re thrilled to be able to represent here. The event is also being sponsored by the Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc.

We were excited by the offer for Naniki to have a presence at the festival this year,” said Tom Hinds, executive producer of Naniki Music Festival. “It’s a great opportunity for Barbados’ musical and culinary talents to be showcased to the thousands of patrons expected at the venue,” he added.

“It allows potential visitors to get a true taste of the Barbados experience, hopefully enticing to them to come and see for themselves. We expect a fantastic showing from Gabby and Didier.” Hinds stated.

Didier joins renowned chefs Dimitri Lilivois of Haiti, Twice De Spice (twins Narida and Marida Mohammed) from Trinidad and Kerlene Cupid from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. This Caribbean dream team will be doing live demonstrations and serving up authentic cuisine at the festival's on-site restaurant.
